Pho in Los Angeles
A very belated post but Adam and I ate at a great Vietnamese restaurant in L.A. We were sick during our time in Los Angeles and we had plans to go here so I did some research on restaurants in the area and when I saw claims that Pho 79 had the best pho in Los Angeles, I knew that it was a place we should go to and it did not disappoint. I loved their spring rolls and their pho, the broth for which was scented with star anise. I mean, look at this pho:
Wish I could find a good Vietnamese restaurant by our apartment. I also wish going to Trader Joe's here wasn't such an ordeal compared to just about everywhere else in the country.
