Cell phone
After my cell phone failed to recharge for the second day in a row, I decided to give in and get a new one. I had had my old phone for three years and for probably at least half of that time, I had problems with recharging it (other than that, the phone was ok, otherwise, I wouldn't have kept it as long as I did). I thought it was just a glitch with my recharger but I happened to look at reviews of the other phone I was considering buying when I realized that it's been a problem with Motorola phones in general. As it turns out, my new phone is a Motorola so hopefully, they've worked out the glitch by now. .

Florida
Just returned from Florida--admittedly, the part of FL we visited is pretty boring but it is good for birdwatching. We visited Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge which was quite nice
And where I saw these two birds
Then we went to Wakodahatchee Wetlands where I saw these white ibises close up.
The nice thing about FL, though, is that you don't have to go to a park to see birds. You often see egrets and other waterfowl in the many bodies of water found within Florida and, wherever we drove, we saw large birds circling the air overhead. As we drove to the airport today, I saw the letters LO that had been sky written and I thought, how romantic, a proclamation of love in the sky. Adam and I continued to watch the sky writing and when the planes had written Love U Je, and Adam joked that he had hired them. Then we saw the word S, followed by the letter U and we both rolled our eyes.
