Chocolate Hazelnut Torte
You should be jealous of me right now. I just finished baking a low-fat choocolate hazelnut torte and it is good, really good. Adam made a butternut squash dish with hazelnuts on Saturday and had some leftover hazelnuts so I thought I should put them to good use and what better combination is chocolate and hazelnut? There were a few hiccups along the way like not knowing what cream of tatar was (doesn't it sound like something that comes in liquid form?) and our crappy food processor breaking (luckily, we we were able to use a pestel we have for making caiphirinas as a substitute) but, luckily, the final product came out well.
